Horizon Trade Inc Dropshipping Terms and Conditions Last Updated: 01/10/2024 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between Horizon Trade Inc, hereinafter referred to as "Company," and the individual or entity ("Customer") utilizing the Company's dropshipping services. 1. Agreement Acceptance By accessing or using the Company's dropshipping services, the Customer agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If the Customer does not agree to these terms, they should not use our services. 2. Product Information The Company makes every effort to accurately describe and represent the products available for dropshipping. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of product descriptions, images, or specifications. 3. Ordering Process The Customer places orders for products through our platform. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse service, or limit quantities for any reason. 4. Pricing and Payments Pricing for products is as listed on the Company's website. The Customer agrees to pay for all products ordered, including shipping fees and taxes, if applicable. The Company may change product prices and shipping fees at any time without prior notice. 5. Shipping and Delivery The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but cannot guarantee specific delivery times. The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the Customer upon delivery. Customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the Customer. 6. Returns and Refunds The Company's return and refund policy is outlined separately on our website. The Customer is responsible for complying with the Company's return policy. 7. Product Usage Guidelines The Customer agrees to use the products purchased through our dropshipping services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Intellectual Property The Customer agrees not to use the Company's intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, without prior written consent. 9. Limitation of Liability The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or products. 10. Termination The Company may terminate this Agreement or suspend the Customer's account at its discretion, with or without cause and without prior notice. 11. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California State, USA. 12. Changes to Terms and Conditions The Company reserves the right to modify or revise these terms at any time. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. 13.
